1. Overview

2. Set-up / one-time fees
Set-up and customisation work begins promptly after payment. Because this is bespoke service work, set-up fees are generally non-refundable once work has started. If we have not yet started, you may request a full refund.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
4. How to cancel or request a refund
Email 01darpansingh08@gmail.com from your registered email with your order details. Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method within a reasonable period (typically 5–10 business days, subject to the payment provider).
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for services already delivered, for change of mind after work has begun, or where prohibited by law. Where a service is materially defective and we cannot remedy it, we will offer a fair resolution.
