OPT1MUS CORP ("OPT1MUS CORP", "we", "us", or "our"), a Udyam-registered MSME (Micro Enterprise), India, hereby declares that it is the rightful owner of the products, software, source code, designs, branding, and other intellectual property described in this document (collectively, the "Products").

This declaration is made by the proprietor/authorised signatory of OPT1MUS CORP and may be relied upon as confirmation of ownership for accounting, tax, banking, and compliance purposes.

OPT1MUS CORP owns and operates the following Products, each developed and/or operated by OPT1MUS CORP:

•OPT1MUS AI Concierge & agentic AI fleet — the multi-agent AI platform at opt1muscorp.com, including all agent personas, prompts, and the AI Concierge product.

•AgroTech Kota (AgriTech platform) — AI farming for Rajasthan — drone & camera crop diagnosis, live mandi prices, govt schemes, and an agri-supplies shop. Live at https://agro-tech-kota.vercel.app.

•Roopshree Beauty (Salon & beauty · Kota) — A professional beauty salon in Kota — services, prices, and online + WhatsApp appointment booking. Live at https://roopshree-beauty-parlour.vercel.app.

Subject to Section 4, we own all intellectual property rights in and to the Products, including the source code, software architecture, AI agent designs and prompts, user interfaces, visual designs, copy, databases, and associated trademarks and brand assets, whether registered or unregistered.

No part of the Products may be copied, reproduced, reverse-engineered, redistributed, or used to build a competing product without our prior written permission.

Some Products are operated for, or were built on behalf of, third-party business clients. In those cases, ownership is as follows, unless a signed agreement states otherwise:

•We retain ownership of the underlying software, frameworks, reusable components, AI agent technology, and any pre-existing intellectual property we bring to the engagement.

•The client owns its own brand, business content, customer data, and any deliverables specifically assigned to it in writing.

This declaration does not override the terms of any signed agreement between us and a client.
